Repayment-free mortgage

The grace-free mortgage is still very popular. However, the rules have changed. You can now take out an interest-only mortgage for a maximum of 50 per cent of the market value of your home. The other half must be financed with another type of mortgage, such as a linear or annuity mortgage.

With the no-repayment mortgage, you do not repay anything. You only pay mortgage interest every month. So you will have to save yourself to pay off the mortgage debt at the end of your term.
