With a bidding insurance, you can make an offer without reservation of financing. And there is no risk for you. With a bidding insurance, we take the risk. For you, it only has benefits.

- Benefit 2: There is no risk for you! KIf it is not possible for you to get the mortgage, we’ll pay the penalty of 10% of the purchase price.

How does it work?
- First, we draw up your Financial Requirements List. You know exactly how much you can borrow. At that moment, we can immediately tell you whether you qualify for a bidding insurance.
- You apply for the free bidding insurance. As soon as you want to bid on a property, you can apply for the free bidding insurance. Of course, the asking price must match the budget we have set with the Financial Requirements List.
- You only pay € 850 if your bid is accepted. Does the seller accept your bid? Then you pay € 850 for the bidding insurance. We will then immediately finalise the mortgage application for you. Are we unsuccessful? Then we pay the seller 10% of the purchase price. There is no risk for you. You pay the 850 euros at the notary, on the day you get the keys to the house of your dreams!
